Network & Information Security Specialist

(Temporary Position)

We are looking for a Network & Information Security Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and management of the organization's networking and cybersecurity infrastructure, including troubleshooting complex issues, implementing security policies, and deploying communication and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) and cybersecurity systems.
• Monitor, identify, and resolve network and security incidents.
• Implement and update information security policies across organizational systems.
• Collaborate with vendors and technology partners to deploy, maintain, and optimize network and security solutions.

Position Details

• Temporary position for 6 months, with the option to transition to a permanent role.
• Full-time position (Sunday to Thursday).
• Location: LYFE Towers, Bnei Brak, Israel.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in networking and information security.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and VPN.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment and other leading vendors.
• Experience with routing protocols and technologies such as OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP, and HSRP.
• Practical experience managing and operating Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Experience with security solutions, including IPS/IDS, WAF, NAC, Load Balancers, and Mail Gateways.
• Knowledge and experience in Endpoint Security and EDR/XDR solutions.

Advantage

• Relevant professional certifications in networking and cybersecurity, such as:
• CCNA / CCNP
• PCNSA / PCNSE
• Or equivalent certifications.
