Radio System Architecture Engineer- 244287

We’re looking for a Radio System Architecture Engineer to lead wireless system design for new and existing products serving the 5G wireless backhaul market.

What you’ll do:

• Define product architecture and translate customer needs and market insights into system requirements.
• Define hardware, firmware, and software requirements, supporting multidisciplinary R&D and engineering teams from concept through production.
• Support field trials, resolve customer technical challenges, and support production processes.

What you’ll bring:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience designing telecommunications systems from concept to a complete product.
• Strong understanding of digital signal processing and modems.
• Experience defining and working with RF systems.
• Experience defining software and hardware requirements and supporting design teams.
• Experience with multidisciplinary products.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• A creative, customer-focused approach and openness to sharing knowledge and ideas.
