Financial Planning Manager

Wint is looking for a hands-on FP&A Manager with a start-up mentality to take full ownership of the company's financial planning and analysis. A great opportunity to join a company in a Growth stage and take it to the next level.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, modelling, and performance analysis across every part of the business. You will turn complex numbers into clear, practical recommendations that guide decisions and fuel long-term growth.

You will be the owner of the numbers that matter most to a subscription business - tracking ARR/MRR, growth, and retention, and making sure revenue recognition (Rev Rec) ties cleanly to our financial models so that the reporting tells the real story of the business.

This role sits at the intersection of classic corporate finance and modern, AI-driven operations. You will build the automation, agentic workflows, and FP&A foundations a fast-growing SaaS company needs to scale. You are comfortable when systems and data are still a work in progress, and help building best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning & Partnering: Own the full budgeting cycle and long-range planning. Work together with other departments on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to guide headcount planning and operational expenses.
• AI Systems & Workflow Automation: Put AI tools to work building and running agentic workflows. You will independently automate data extraction from ERP systems, surface anomalies, generate predictive B2A reporting, and forecast.
• Unit Economics & P&L Mastery: Take full ownership of SaaS metrics, unit economics, and the complete P&L.
• Finance & Accounting Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Finance team to keep financial models in sync with operational reality.
• Advanced B2A & Performance Analysis: Stand up a monthly variance-analysis process that turns results into forward-looking insight on burn.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Can do attitude!
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• Full professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
• 4+ years in FP&A at a SaaS company.
• A track record of building FP&A processes, models, and reporting structures from scratch in a high-growth setting.
• Command of AI tools, with the ability to build workflows that automate financial operations on your own.
• Advanced Excel and financial-modelling skills.
• Precise and accurate, well-organized, detail-minded, and dependable on deadlines.
• A self-starter and self-motivated, with a team-first attitude.

Nice-to-Have:

• CPA qualification.
• Experience working in a Start-up.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience or other CRM.
• Practical experience applying revenue recognition (Rev Rec) under ASC 606 / IFRS 15.
• Familiarity with Priority ERP system.
