Radio Frequency Design Engineer

An innovative technology company based in Rehovot is looking for a Radio Frequency Design Engineer to join its growing R&D team.

This is a hands-on RF design role within a multidisciplinary hardware team, focusing on RF circuit design, hardware development, bring-up, troubleshooting and testing of advanced electronic systems.

What you’ll do:

•Design and develop RF circuits and hardware for advanced electronic systems.

•Perform RF circuit design, analysis, simulation and testing at 5GHz and above.

•Take part in hardware bring-up, debugging and troubleshooting.

•Perform RF measurements and validation using laboratory equipment.

•Work closely with HW, FPGA, software and other engineering disciplines.

•Take ownership of challenging technical projects from development through testing and integration.

Requirements:

•B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a university – a must.

•5+ years of hands-on industry experience in RF Hardware / RF Design.

•Proven experience in RF circuit design and testing at 5GHz and above – a must.

•Experience with ORCAD Schematics Editor.

•Hands-on experience with RF test equipment, including:

VNA

Spectrum Analyzer

Signal Generator

•Experience with digital test equipment:

Oscilloscope

Logic Analyzer

**Important: Academic projects, university experience and coursework do not count as professional industry experience.

Advantages:

•Experience with Allegro PCB Editor.

•Basic programming skills in C/C++/Rust/Python.

•Experience with MATLAB.

•Knowledge of FPGA.

•Experience with radar systems.
