We are hiring a PC Technician for a hands-on position at one of the world’s leading Cyber Security companies and a key client of ours.

What will you be doing?

• Providing ongoing technical support to users across the organization

• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and Windows-related issues

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers and workstations

• Managing users, permissions, and groups in Active Directory

• Working with Microsoft, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments

• Managing and documenting service requests in Jira

• Troubleshooting basic network and connectivity issues

• Collaborating with additional IT teams within the organization

What are we looking for?

✓ Previous experience as a PC Technician / IT Support / Help Desk - required

✓ Hands-on experience with Active Directory - required

✓ Experience troubleshooting Windows, hardware, and software issues - required

✓ Basic knowledge of networking

✓ Good English skills

✓ Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Jira - an advantage
