Product Manager, MSP (AI Builder)

About Us:

We are IRONSCALES - We Fight Phishing. We're an AI-driven email security company helping organizations of all sizes detect and remediate advanced email threats, fast. We care about people, cybersecurity, and our customers, and we're always pushing boundaries.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Product Manager who builds. You'll own email security products for our MSP partners end to end, from discovery to launch. Here, PMs don't stop at specs. You'll prototype and build with AI and push pull requests that developers review and ship.

You're a self-learner and self-sufficient. You pick up new tools on your own, own initiatives with minimal oversight, and drive them to results.

What You'll Do:

• Own products end to end: vision, roadmap, delivery, and launch for MSP email security products.
• Build with AI every day: prototype flows, build features, and open PRs for developer review.
• Move fast on discovery: use AI to turn partner feedback, usage data, and competitive intel into clear decisions.
• Measure what matters: define KPIs and use data to guide prioritization.
• Be the voice of the MSP partner: work directly with partners, engineering, design, sales, CS, and marketing.
• Keep learning: stay ahead of new AI tools and practices, and bring them into how we build.
