Role Description As a Co-Founder at Zion Today, you will play a leading role in defining the company vision, strategy, and execution roadmap. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Petah Tikva, with flexibility for partial work from home. On a day-to-day basis, you will conduct market and user research, help shape the product offering, and refine the business model. You will be responsible for building and managing key partnerships, driving early sales and go-to-market initiatives, and representing the company to investors and external stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with other team members on strategic planning, budgeting, fundraising, and operational decisions to position the startup for significant growth and a major exit.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience using data and research to guide business and product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly to partners, customers, and investors.
• Proven experience in sales, with the ability to build relationships, close deals, and develop revenue pipelines.
• Background in marketing, including go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and customer acquisition.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in startups or new ventures and comfort with ambiguity and risk.
• Experience in technology, product management, or business development is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience is valued.
