ABOUT ESHET INCOMING

Eshet Incoming is an Israel-based destination management company (DMC) specializing in inbound group travel. Since 1989, we have been designing and operating programs for groups from around the world, from faith-based tours to corporate events.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an organized, resourceful Project Coordinator (tour operator) to join our operations team in Tel Aviv. You will manage each group from first booking to final departure, coordinating every detail with clients abroad and suppliers in Israel.

This is a full-time, on-site position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate all logistics for visiting groups, including hotels, transportation, guides, sites and events

- Manage bookings and pre-arrival arrangements

- Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients abroad and suppliers in Israel

- Support groups during their stay and resolve issues as they arise

- Contribute to the design of tailor-made programs for each group

REQUIREMENTS

- Fluent English, spoken and written (interviews are conducted in English)

- Working-level Hebrew; additional language a plus

- Experience as a tour operator or in travel, tourism, hospitality or event production

- Proven ability to manage several groups and tasks at once with close attention to detail

- Good knowledge of Israel, including its sites, routes and hotels

- Composure under pressure and a collaborative approach
