About the Role

Full-time, hybrid position based in Israel’s Center District.

Responsibilities include managing a sea freight customer portfolio,

Coordinating shipments with carriers and internal teams,

Monitoring shipment progress,

Preparing quotations,

Keeping customers and systems updated.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience and strong practical knowledge in managing a sea freight customer portfolio.
• Sound knowledge of freight forwarding and customs clearance terminology and procedures.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Working knowledge of UNIFREIGHT by Amital.

Additional Skills

• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines with accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
