Job Description

A leading financial organization is looking for an experienced PMO Manager to lead PMO activities across complex IT and Information Systems projects.

This is a senior role combining PMO team leadership, project planning and control, organizational work plans, and cross-functional collaboration within a large-scale technology environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of PMO professionals
• Manage planning and control processes across complex IT and Information Systems projects
• Build, manage, and monitor organizational and IT work plans
• Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
• Establish and maintain PMO methodologies, processes, and control mechanisms
• Work with project management and control tools including Jira, TFS, and MS Project
• Collaborate with technology, business, project, and management stakeholders
• Prepare project status reports, analyses, and management insights
• Support budget planning, monitoring, and control

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management with an Information Systems specialization, or another relevant field – required
• 6+ years of PMO experience in complex Information Systems projects within large organizations – required
• 4+ years of experience managing PMO teams – required
• Proven experience building and managing organizational work plans, particularly within IT – required
• Previous experience working in a financial organization – required
• Experience with project management and control tools such as Jira, TFS, and MS Project – required
• Experience in budget management and control – an advantage
