A growing international, data-driven company is looking for a Head of Data to lead its data organization end-to-end, including data platform, engineering, analytics, and AI initiatives.
What you'll do:
• Set the data strategy and roadmap
• Lead and grow the data team
• Own a modern cloud data platform and data quality
• Drive analytics, experimentation, and trusted self-service BI
• Lead AI adoption in analytics
What we're looking for:
• 5+ years in data leadership
• People management, ideally of team leads
• Strong cloud data platform, SQL, and BI background
• Experience with experimentation and marketing measurement
