What you'll do

• Build complex psychiatric cases drawn from realistic, culturally nuanced clinical situations

• Evaluate psychological assessments and add expert annotations grounded in Russian-language psychiatric practice

• Write clinical documentation and case analysis in both Russian and English

• Review and critique how AI systems are evaluated on mental health content

Who this is for

• A medical degree such as an MD, MBBS or equivalent, completed psychiatry residency and a valid medical license

• Experience with psychiatric assessment, treatment planning and case documentation in Russian-speaking clinical settings, along with cultural sensitivity and ethical reasoning

• Fluent in Russian and advanced written and spoken English

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
