Technical AdTech Operations

A young and growing AdTech startup built by Atomic Labs in Tel Aviv is looking for a Technical AdTech Operations professional to join a hands-on role at the intersection of technology, data, and business.

This role is a great fit for someone with early experience in AdTech who wants to deepen their technical expertise and work directly with integrations, troubleshooting, tracking, and data flows.

What you’ll do:

• Work hands-on with integrations across AdTech systems and partners
• Work with SSPs, DSPs, APIs, and S2S integrations
• Read and understand technical documentation and support integration setup
• Test, troubleshoot, and investigate tracking and data-flow issues
• Work with tracking URLs, pixels, postbacks, and technical parameters
• Use SQL and Excel for validation, analysis, and investigation
• Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and business teams
• Build processes, automations, and scalable workflows

What we’re looking for:

• Around 1-2 years of relevant experience in AdTech, Ad Operations, Technical Operations, or Integrations
• Hands-on experience with SSPs, DSPs, and technical integrations
• Strong technical orientation and problem-solving skills
• Curiosity, independence, and the ability to understand both the technical and business sides of the ecosystem
• SQL experience is required
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, Postman, or automation tools is a plus
