Senior Technical Product Manager

🚀 People Development Program Manager | 9-Month Contract | Hybrid | Tel Aviv

We are looking for an experienced People Development Program Manager to join a global high-tech organization and lead employee and manager development initiatives from planning through execution.

This role is ideal for someone who knows how to understand the needs of employees and managers, build tailored development programs, and drive them end-to-end — beyond day-to-day HR operations.

🔹 What you’ll do:

• Partner closely with managers and employees to understand development needs and challenges

• Build and manage employee and manager development plans and programs

• Lead Talent Development & Learning initiatives from concept to execution

• Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops, leadership programs, and learning events

• Work with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and OD/L&D professionals

• Manage program logistics, communications, registrations, and learning materials

• Track program participation, feedback, and effectiveness

• Analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement

• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders

• Manage timelines, budgets, and multiple projects simultaneously

• Use AI-powered tools to improve processes, workflows, and program outcomes

🔹 Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in People Development, Talent Development, L&D, HR Development, or Program Management

• Proven experience working directly with managers and employees to identify needs and build development solutions

• Experience building and managing development programs/plans, rather than only handling ongoing HR operations

• Strong project/program management skills and ability to drive initiatives independently from planning to execution

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in a high-tech environment – an advantage, but not mandatory

• Hands-on experience with AI tools – an advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field – an advantage
