Assistant Controller

A leading manufacturing company is looking for an Assistant Controller to join its Finance team.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements

- Assist in the preparation of annual tax reports

- Take responsibility for monthly financial reporting and reporting to the group

- Lead and manage internal control processes

- Work closely with cross-functional internal stakeholders

- Work with external auditors and the publicly traded parent company

- Assist in preparing the annual budget and work plan, including budget vs. actual analysis

- Supervise, monitor and support the Accounting Department

Requirements:

- Certified CPA license or a degree in Economics from a recognized academic institution – mandatory

- Advanced Excel skills – mandatory

- Strong analytical perspective with attention to detail

- Ability to work and learn independently

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Willingness to work additional hours when required
