About The Role

This is a hands-on role for an experienced mobile game developer who can turn game and product concepts into highly polished, responsive, and production-ready gameplay experiences.

You’ll work on a multiplayer poker-based game, owning key gameplay systems and helping shape the technical foundations of the product from prototype through production.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Build core gameplay mechanics and systems using Unity and C#
• Develop card-game and poker gameplay flows, table interactions, game states, rounds, turns, and player actions
• Build multiplayer player flows and real-time interactive experiences
• Develop progression, rewards, missions, currencies, unlocks, and other meta-game systems
• Rapidly turn concepts into playable prototypes and iterate based on gameplay and player feedback
• Implement polished game UI, animations, transitions, feedback, haptics, and game-feel elements
• Integrate backend APIs, multiplayer services, analytics platforms, and third-party SDKs
• Handle client-side game state, synchronization, reconnect flows, and failure scenarios
• Optimize performance, loading times, memory usage, and stability across iOS and Android
• Work closely with Product, Game Design, Backend, and UI/UX
• Own features end-to-end, from early prototype through production

Who You Are

• 4+ years of professional Unity development experience
• Strong proficiency in C# and Unity
• Proven experience developing mobile games for iOS and Android
• Strong experience with gameplay systems, game UI, animations, and interactive flows
• Experience working on multiplayer, real-time, card, casino, board, or highly state-driven games
• Experience integrating backend APIs, analytics platforms, and third-party SDKs
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture and game-state management
• Strong understanding of mobile optimization, profiling, memory management, and performance
• Ability to independently turn product and game concepts into high-quality implementations
• Strong ownership and ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-moving environment

Strong Advantage

• Previous experience developing poker or card games
• Experience with multiplayer networking and synchronization
• Understanding of poker rules, table flows, player actions, and common poker game mechanics
