About the role

Adte is building a unified CTV ad platform that handles huge scale under tight time pressure: millions of ad requests, each decided in milliseconds. As a mid-level full-stack developer, you'll work across our TypeScript and Go services, the data layer behind them, and the Kubernetes clusters they run on.

Location: Tel Aviv, ToHA tower. Hybrid, 3 days a week in the office.

Level: Mid-level, 2–4 years of hands-on experience.ֿ

What you'll do

• Build and own features end to end: design, implementation, rollout and production support
• Develop backend services in NestJS and Go, and product UIs in React
• Work on high-throughput, low-latency systems that handle large volumes of real-time ad requests
• Use AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or similar) as your main way of writing code, then review, test and own every line that ships
• Model and query data across Redis, SQL, MongoDB and ClickHouse
• Deploy and run services on Kubernetes across AWS and Oracle Cloud (OCI)
• Take part in code and design reviews, and help improve how the team works with AIֿ

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software development
• Strong TypeScript: NestJS (or a similar Node.js framework) on the backend and React on the frontend
• Hands-on experience with Go, or a clear interest in growing into it fast
• Experience with at least two of: Redis, SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), MongoDB, ClickHouse
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, and at least one cloud (AWS or OCI)
• AI-first development is a must. You already build daily with AI coding agents and can show how: prompts, agent workflows, context and rules files, and how you check the output
• Strong code review habits: you catch bugs, security issues and bad design in AI-generated code before it ships
• Solid grasp of testing, Git and CI/CD
• Good English, written and spoken

If you still write everything by hand and see AI as autocomplete, this role isn't for you.
