About the Role

Optenera is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Logistics Functional Consultant to join a major, multi-year ERP transformation program for a leading international manufacturing organization.

The role involves working closely with logistics, supply chain, procurement, inventory, operations, project management, technical teams, and other functional consultants to design and implement end-to-end business processes using Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM.

This is a hands-on functional role with responsibility across business analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics, supply chain, inventory, and procurement business processes and translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Configure and implement relevant Oracle Fusion ERP / SCM modules.
• Lead workshops with logistics, operations, procurement, warehouse, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Prepare functional solution designs and configuration documentation.
• Support end-to-end process design across logistics and supply chain domains.
• Participate in data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Prepare and execute functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios.
• Support business users during implementation, deployment, stabilization, and ongoing improvement.
• Work closely with technical, integration, reporting, and project management teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes through Oracle Fusion capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Industrial Engineering and Management – mandatory.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP / SCM – mandatory.
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion logistics and supply chain processes.
• Strong understanding of logistics, procurement, inventory, warehouse, and supply chain business processes.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional system solutions.
• Experience with system configuration, testing, implementation, and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex, multi-disciplinary project environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
