IT Systems Administrator

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on IT professional to join a global IT team and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology services across multiple locations.

The role combines day-to-day IT operations with responsibility for infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud services, cybersecurity, business applications, end-user support, and participation in cross-functional IT and digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and support global IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, virtualization environments, and Microsoft 365.

Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to employees worldwide, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, system, and connectivity issues.

Manage and resolve end-user IT service requests and support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including user account creation, access permissions, device provisioning, and equipment setup.

Administer user accounts, endpoint devices, security policies, backups, and disaster recovery solutions.

Support and maintain business applications, including ERP, CRM, HR systems, and collaboration platforms.

Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls and ensure compliance with internal security policies.

Lead and participate in IT infrastructure, cloud, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Work closely with external vendors and technology service providers.

Collaborate with the Senior IT Administrator on day-to-day IT operations, knowledge sharing, and mutual backup to ensure continuous support.

Maintain technical documentation, procedures, system configurations, and IT operational standards.

Requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration.

Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, VMware, networking, and virtualization.

Experience administering and troubleshooting enterprise firewalls such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, or similar.

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices, backup solutions, disaster recovery, and endpoint management.

Experience working with cloud environments and IT automation tools.

Experience supporting ERP, CRM, and other enterprise business applications.

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical project execution skills.

Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Advantages

Basic knowledge of Linux server environments such as Ubuntu, Red Hat, or CentOS.

Familiarity with network switches, structured cabling, server rooms, and physical IT infrastructure.

Experience with automation and AI-enabled IT solutions.
