HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

InfraEdge is looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in a hands-on role combining end-to-end tech recruitment with broad HR responsibilities across the employee lifecycle.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for technological roles – job intake, sourcing, CV screening, interviews, candidate assessments, offers, salary negotiations, and contracts.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Partner closely with managers and provide ongoing HR support on employee and organizational matters.
• Support and coach managers in day-to-day people management and employee development.
• Lead employee experience, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Manage performance reviews, employee surveys, and periodic HR processes.
• Lead learning & development initiatives and develop internal training programs.
• Support salary review and bonus processes.
• Manage HR reporting, vacation tracking, and HR budgets.
• Continuously improve HR processes and the overall employee experience.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in HR and Recruitment, with the ability to independently lead processes.
• 2+ years of experience in tech recruitment, including end-to-end recruitment and close partnership with hiring managers.
• Experience supporting managers and employees across HR-related matters.
• Familiarity with employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, retention, performance management, L&D, and offboarding.
• Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgment, discretion, and assertiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience with employee surveys, performance reviews, Employee Experience, or L&D – a strong advantage.
• Experience using AI tools in HR and recruitment – an advantage.
