Role Description-

• Serving as the Lead / Senior RF & Antenna Engineer, joining the Hardware Engineering group to take complete end-to-end technical ownership over all RF systems, antenna payloads, and high-frequency communication architectures.
• Architecting, designing, and optimizing robust wireless communication links, data links, transmitters, receivers, and RF front-ends for ruggedized unmanned aerial and loitering munition platforms.
• Leading comprehensive electromagnetic design and simulation of custom antennas and multi-antenna arrays using tools such as HFSS, CST, or ADS.
• Performing detailed RF system-level calculations, including Link Budgets, cascade analysis, noise figure budgets, non-linear distortion modeling, and EMI/EMC compliance.
• Driving hands-on lab bring-up, debugging, calibration, and environmental qualification using advanced laboratory test equipment (VNA, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters).
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Board Designers, Mechanical Engineers, Embedded Firmware teams, and Systems Architects to guarantee seamless system integration and mission-critical performance under dynamic tactical conditions.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering from an accredited academic institution – Mandatory
• 6 years of hands-on experience in RF system design, microwave engineering, and wireless communication development – Mandatory
• Demonstrated track record in practical, board-level and system-level RF hardware development – Mandatory
• Substantial, direct experience in Antenna design, multi-band antenna systems, and electromagnetic matching – Mandatory
• Deep, daily mastery of advanced RF laboratory instrumentation (VNAs, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Noise Figure Analyzers) – Mandatory
• Hands-on proficiency with electromagnetic and RF simulation software, such as CST, Ansys HFSS, or Keysight ADS – Mandatory
• Strong theoretical and applied grasp of RF system architecture, Link Budget calculations, propagation, and EMI/EMC design principles – Mandatory
• High-level technical English communication skills (both written and spoken) – Mandatory
