A market-leading, globally recognized medical device technology company pioneering next-generation patient monitoring systems and life-saving clinical healthcare solutions.
The organization pairs long-term stability and extensive global reach with deep engineering rigor and a profound human mission to improve patient outcomes. Development centers foster close global collaboration across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
The offices are located in Tel Aviv, operating on a hybrid model with two days working from home.
Role Description-
- Serving as a Lead / Principal Hardware Engineer, taking central technical and architectural ownership over end-to-end hardware development for a next-generation suite of patient monitoring medical devices.
- Architecting, designing, and validating complex Mixed-Signal and Analog front-end electronic systems from early concept through regulatory certification and market release.
- Leading deep Analog Signal Processing design, ultra-low-noise sensor interfaces, power distribution, and mixed-signal acquisition circuits for mission-critical clinical telemetry.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Systems Engineering, Embedded Firmware, Mechanical, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing groups locally and globally throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Driving BOM optimization and component selection balancing electrical performance, unit costs, supply chain resilience, manufacturability (DFM), and clinical reliability.
- Heading New Product Introduction (NPI) and Transfer to Production phases, supporting scalable manufacturing lines and resolving yield/assembly challenges.
- Leading board-level and system-level verification, comprehensive laboratory bring-up, hardware debugging, and rigorous Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Authoring detailed technical specifications, design dossiers, test procedures, and engineering documentation in strict compliance with medical device regulatory standards (e.g., IEC 60601, ISO 13485).
- Providing senior technical leadership, mentoring fellow hardware engineers, and driving technological decisions while maintaining active, hands-on design involvement.
