ServiceNow Project Manager

Job Description At Bynet Data Communications, we are looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager. The role involves end-to-end management and leadership of implementation, deployment, upgrade, and expansion projects for the ServiceNow platform, including project planning, scope definition, scheduling, resource management, and ongoing communication with clients. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating implementation teams, managing vendors and internal stakeholders, and ensuring the translation of business and technical requirements into effective configurations and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.

Ongoing Responsibilities Include:

• Developing work plans and managing projects according to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Tracking and monitoring project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Managing risks, roadblocks, issues, and escalations.
• Managing interfaces and ongoing communication with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
• Leading change management and organizational adoption processes.
• Coordinating and managing testing processes, quality assurance, and system acceptance.
• Ensuring complete documentation and compliance with organizational procedures, standards, and requirements.
• Continuously improving project management and delivery processes.
• Ensuring alignment between projects and Bynet's broader ICT and integration strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing software projects, including planning, implementation, integration, monitoring, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience working with the ServiceNow platform and/or automation solutions – Advantage.
• 5 years of experience leading complex, multidisciplinary technology projects in large enterprise organizations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, both on-site at client locations and in a hybrid format.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or ServiceNow certifications.
• High level of English proficiency.
