The Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality & Regulatory Director to join our senior leadership team. In this high-impact position, you will drive project strategy, create exceptional value for our clients, and ensure both technical precision and commercial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex Quality Assurance (QA) and Regulatory Affairs (RA) projects for diverse MedTech clients.

• Define and execute regulatory strategies to achieve timely global market clearances.

Requirements

• Education: B.Sc. in Engineering (Required).

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a medical device manufacturing company, backed by strong professional references.

• Leadership: Proven track record in management and team leadership.

• Certifications: ISO 13485 Lead Auditor certification.

• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Soft Skills: Outstanding service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

• Drive: Strong passion for medical device innovation and a desire to excel.
