 DevOps Engineer

Polytex Technologies is looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and improving our cloud and on-prem infrastructure, CI/CD and release processes, automation, monitoring, reliability, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, primarily in Azure.
• Maintain and improve infrastructure and production environments.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Automate infrastructure, deployments, and operational processes.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and support incident response and reliability.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code and support infrastructure security.
• Support on-prem environments and production operations.

Requirements:

Must Have:

• 3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in production environments.
• Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, Terraform, Linux, scripting, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Fluent English.
• Strong ownership and ability to work independently.
• Structured troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a global SaaS/IoT company.
• Experience with AKS, Helm, Argo CD, Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic, Azure SQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, RHEL/on-prem deployments, security, and SOC 2.
• Experience working with international customers and supporting production incidents.
