We are looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary coordination processes on some of Israel’s most complex construction projects, working in a BIM environment and in close collaboration with the entire design team.

• Lead multidisciplinary coordination processes throughout all design and construction stages, through the delivery of fully coordinated project documentation.
• Manage coordination between architecture, structural design, and all building systems.
• Identify and analyze design challenges and clashes, develop practical engineering solutions, and guide design teams through their resolution.
• Lead professional coordination meetings with consultants and design teams, including preparation of meeting summaries and progress reports.
• Perform quality control, identify design gaps, and review constructability and design feasibility.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, MEP consultants, project managers, construction managers, and developers.
• Manage coordination workflows in Autodesk Forma / BIM 360, including Issue tracking and documentation of the coordination process.
• Implement BIM methodologies, workflows, and BIMLab’s professional standards.

• Civil Engineer, Building Services/MEP Engineer, Architect, Architectural Practical Engineer, or Civil Engineering Practical Engineer.
• At least 2 years of experience as an MEP Coordinator.
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination on BIM-based projects.
• Very high proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Good proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience working with Autodesk Forma / BIM 360.
• Strong ability to read and understand construction drawings and building systems.
• Ability to lead professional processes and coordinate multiple disciplines simultaneously.
• Analytical thinking, a multidisciplinary perspective, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English, including reading, writing, and speaking.

🔹 Experience leading multidisciplinary coordination meetings with design teams.

🔹 Proficiency in additional languages.

Full-time position at our office in BSR City, Petah Tikva.
