System & Network Administrator JB-5314

A leading company in the field of Data Centers and critical computing infrastructure is seeking an experienced System & Network Administrator to join its IT and Infrastructure team.

The role includes responsibility for the maintenance, management, and development of the organization's IT, network, and information security infrastructure in a multi-site, high-availability environment. The position involves ongoing operations, leading infrastructure projects, improving the security and resilience of company systems, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and core systems.
• Manage Fortinet systems, including Firewall, VPN, and Monitoring.
• Manage and expand the VMware environment.
• Manage and operate Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Maintain backup systems and Disaster Recovery (DR) processes.
• Troubleshoot complex Tier 3 issues and perform Root Cause Analysis.
• Design and implement information security solutions.
• Support and lead infrastructure and network projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Mandatory Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in System and Network roles within an Enterprise organization.
• Experience managing and operating IT infrastructure in a multi-site environment.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Experience with Fortinet products, including FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer.
• Experience managing Aruba / HP switches and knowledge of VLAN, Routing, VPN, and network protocols.
• Experience managing VMware environments and Windows Servers.
• Experience managing Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Experience implementing MFA and Conditional Access.
• Experience with backup systems and DR processes; experience with Veeam is a significant advantage.
• Experience working with network monitoring and traffic analysis tools such as Wireshark, PRTG, or Zabbix.

Significant Advantages

• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
• Experience implementing CDR, NAC, and Aruba wireless networks.
• Experience with PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Familiarity with SIEM/SOC and Zero Trust principles.
• Professional certifications such as Fortinet NSE4+, CCNA/CCNP, VMware VCP, or Microsoft 365 Administrator.
