About the Role

If you want to start with sales execution and grow into a B2B sales professional who can independently develop international customers, the Sales Representative role is a strong starting point.

At WIN SOURCE, you will work with real global electronic component supply chain needs rather than simple product sales. You will learn how to identify customers, build initial contact, follow up RFQs, understand customer purchasing processes and develop your sales capability in an international business environment.

Electronic components experience is not required for this role. We value communication skills, execution, learning ability, customer development awareness and long-term growth potential. WIN SOURCE will provide support in product knowledge, sales processes and business collaboration to help you grow from basic customer development into a more mature sales professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Search for and organize potential customer leads through LinkedIn, industry platforms, search tools and other channels.
• Build initial contact with prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Follow up basic customer needs and support RFQ, quotation, sample and order progress matters.
• Maintain customer information, follow-up records, quotation records and CRM data.
• Work with sales, sourcing, procurement, logistics and quality teams to support customer requests.
• Continue following up with prospects, inactive customers and existing leads to move conversations forward.
• Learn electronic components, customer purchasing processes and basic supply chain knowledge.
• Support Sales Managers or Business Development colleagues with basic customer development work.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development, customer support or customer communication is preferred.
• B2B sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in electronic components, semiconductors or distribution is not required.
• Good English or local language communication skills.
• Willingness to proactively reach out to customers and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and willing to learn a new industry.
• Interest in international business, B2B sales or electronic component supply chains.
• Early-career candidates, fresh graduates and candidates with strong sales potential are welcome to apply.
