Role Description The Virtualization & Storage Architect will design, implement, and optimize storage and virtualization solutions that support enterprise-scale infrastructures. This full-time, on-site role is based in Lod and involves working closely with internal teams and customers to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing current environments, planning and deploying storage and virtualization platforms, and integrating them into existing data center and cloud ecosystems. The architect will perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and ongoing troubleshooting to ensure high availability, resilience, and security. The role also includes preparing technical documentation, participating in pre-sales and solution design activities, and supporting continuous improvement of infrastructure standards and best practices.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Storage Solutions and Storage Architecture, including design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise storage platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Storage technologies and Infrastructure components such as servers, networking, virtualization platforms, and data center environments.
• Proven Troubleshooting skills for complex storage and virtualization issues, including root cause analysis and performance tuning.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, or similar), backup and recovery solutions, and high-availability architectures.
• Knowledge of cloud and hybrid cloud environments, data protection, and security best practices related to storage and virtualized infrastructures.
• Ability to work on-site in Lod, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Industry certifications (e.g., VMware, storage vendor certifications, or related) are an advantage.
