Job Title: Travel Operator
We are looking for an organized and service-oriented Travel Operator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling travel reservations and customer requests
- Preparing quotations and travel itineraries
- Coordinating with hotels, airlines, suppliers, and clients
- Following up on bookings, payments, and travel documents
- Providing professional customer service before and during travel
- Managing several bookings simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
- Previous experience in tourism or travel operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good command of English; Hebrew and Arabic are an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Amadeus and airline ticketing is an advantage
