WorldCom Finance, founded in 2010, is a customer-oriented company specializing in developing Internet platforms for instant money transfer and bank deposits across countries.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Representative located in the Tel Aviv. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, resolving customer issues, and troubleshooting technical problems.

Qualifications

Experience in handling customer inquiries and issues
Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems.
Knowledge of financial services or banking industry is a plus
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
Languages- Hebrew, Russian and English (Professional in English, Conversational in Hebrew, Conversational in Russian
