Securities Operations Specialist | Capital Markets

A leading financial organization is looking for a Securities Operations Specialist to join its Capital Markets Operations team.

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, detail-oriented environment at the heart of securities trading and settlement activity, working with local and international brokers, custodians, institutional clients and key financial market participants.

About the Role

• Process and settle securities transactions with international brokers and custodians
• Process securities transfers between banks, exchange members and other financial institutions in Israel and overseas
• Handle restricted securities and related operational processes
• Provide ongoing operational support to securities trading rooms
• Support activities for institutional clients
• Monitor and control securities transactions and ensure accurate recording in the organization's systems
• Work closely with internal business units and external market participants
• Provide operational support and respond to inquiries from branches and business units

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
• Previous experience in securities operations, particularly international securities – required
• High level of English – reading, writing and speaking – required
• Strong Excel skills and technological orientation
• High attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and service orientation
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• High learning agility and ability to work independently
