A leading and growing financial services firm supporting startup companies is looking for a Type 3 Bookkeeper with NetSuite experience

What does the role include?

✔️ Ongoing communication with the firm’s clients and handling their needs

✔️ Bookkeeping and working on the client’s NetSuite system

✔️ Handling collections and payment follow-ups

✔️ Ongoing administrative tasks as part of the department’s activities

✔️ Independent, service-oriented, and accurate work across multiple interfaces

What are we looking for?

✔️ Type 3 Bookkeeping Certificate – mandatory

✔️ Hands-on experience with NetSuite – mandatory

✔️ Previous experience as the sole bookkeeper in a company – mandatory

✔️ Good English – mandatory

✔️ Ability to work independently, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

✔️ Service-oriented approach and ability to work directly with clients

Work model: Two days a week from the offices in Ramat Gan (near the train station) and three days from home.
