About the Role A major government institution in Jerusalem is seeking an Applications Division Manager to lead and manage approximately 10 complex technological systems and software projects In this executive role, you will directly manage a team of about 25 professionals, including Project Managers, a Development Manager, and System Analysts You will oversee work plans, budgets, resources, and schedules, while driving cross-functional projects, managing key stakeholders, and applying Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

Must-have Requirements At least 6 years of experience in managing complex IT and technology projects

At least 4 years of experience in managing a team of Project Managers

Proven experience in managing budgets, resources, and project timelines

Demonstrated leadership skills, staff motivation, and cross-organizational stakeholder management

Relevant academic degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Management, or an equivalent discipline

Full availability for full-time work in Jerusalem
