We're looking for someone to make Classiq AI-native. You'll build agentic systems that do real SDLC work, find the bottlenecks in our processes and build the AI tooling that removes them. Agentic pipelines, internal tools, whatever the work demands. High ownership and a direct say in what gets built next.

What you'll do

• Own the SDLC pipeline: ticket sync → planning → implementation → PR
• Design agentic systems: prompts, tools, evals, guardrails, human-in-the-loop approvals, cost/latency tradeoffs
• Build integrations across Jira, GitHub, Figma, and LLM providers
• Own the roadmap, rollout, and adoption of internal AI tooling

Who you are

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field - Must
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer - Must
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and Node.js - Must
• Production experience with LLMs/agents, including tool calling, orchestration, context pipelines, and evaluations - Must
• Ability to independently own a workstream end-to-end, from requirements through iteration, and drive adoption without direct reports

Bonus points

• durable workflows (Restate/Temporal), React internal tools, agent tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, MCP), Kubernetes/Datadog, interest in quantum.
