Account Manager

Role Description

Indocs is a digital marketing agency specializing in healthcare and medical marketing.

We’re looking for an Account Manager with a strong background in social media and content to join our team and work closely with doctors, private clinics and medical organizations.

The role combines client management, social media, content and creative work.

What you’ll do:

• Manage day-to-day relationships with multiple clients

• Plan and manage social media content

• Develop content ideas, concepts and creative directions

• Write and edit social media copy

• Coordinate content production and filming days

• Work closely with our creative, video and performance teams

• Manage projects, timelines and deliverables from start to finish

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field

• Strong understanding of social media and digital content

• Excellent writing and communication skills

• Creative thinking and a strong sense for good content

• Highly organized, responsible and detail-oriented

• Comfortable managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously

• Great interpersonal skills and confidence working directly with clients

Previous experience in account management, social media, content or digital marketing is an advantage, but not required.

Experience in a digital or advertising agency is a strong advantage.

Experience in healthcare or medical marketing is an advantage, but not required.
