Studio Design Manager for a Leading Fashion Company

About the Role:

• Professional management of a team of graphic designers, including writing briefs, task allocation, and workflow management using the Monday system.
• Creating concepts and designs for ATL and BTL campaigns.
• Full responsibility for the appearance and visual presentation of the e-commerce website and commercial pages.
• Designing packaging, marketing materials, and various branding assets.
• Ongoing collaboration with Marketing, E-commerce, and Design departments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Studio Management / Traffic Management - Mandatory.
• Full proficiency in graphic design software and video editing software - Mandatory.
• Deep understanding of digital and e-commerce environments.
• Strong knowledge of print production, color samples, and materials.
• An impressive and up-to-date portfolio - Mandatory.
• In-house experience within a Fashion or Lifestyle brand - Significant advantage.
• Strong conceptual thinking alongside excellent execution capabilities.
