The Opportunity

We're on the hunt for a Digital Manager (Maternity Leave Cover) - a strategic thinker, proactive problem solver, and results-driven leader - to elevate our digital presence. In this role, you'll take ownership of all digital activities, from crafting innovative marketing strategies to leading cross-platform campaigns and driving data-powered growth.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Strategic & Creative Mindset – Develop a holistic digital marketing strategy that enhances the customer journey, builds strong funnels, and optimizes all digital touchpoints (SEO, PPC, social, LinkedIn, content, automation, and more).

🔹 Results-Driven Execution – Manage digital budgets with precision, ensuring maximum ROI and ROAS through effective resource allocation.

🔹 Data-Powered Growth – Oversee and lead multi-channel paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Chat, etc.), continuously analyzing performance to optimize results.

🔹 Customer-Centric Innovation – Own and improve all digital assets, including website experience, landing pages, and CRO strategies to enhance conversion rates.

🔹 Proactive Problem Solving – Identify challenges, propose creative solutions, and implement best practices in digital marketing to stay ahead of industry trends.

🔹 Adaptable & Agile – Manage external suppliers, agencies, and freelancers, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.

🔹 Cross-Functional Team Player – Work closely with internal teams to align digital initiatives with broader business goals.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

✅ 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing Management.

✅ Proven track record of managing significant advertising budgets and delivering measurable results.

✅ Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other advertising platforms.

✅ Hands-on experience in SEO, CRO, and analytics (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc.), as well as WordPress.

✅ High technological understanding and ability to lead cross-organizational projects.

✅ Analytical mindset with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

✅ Creativity, innovation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Strong multitasking skills, balancing priorities while meeting ambitious goals.

Bonus Points If You Have:

✨ Experience in real estate, coworking spaces, or hospitality.

✨ Background in a well-known advertising agency.

✨ Familiarity with Salesforce.

✨ Knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, and personalization.

✨ Experience working in a global company or a multi-branch network.
