Procurement Buyer

Netline Communication Technologies is a leading defense-tech company located in the Azrieli Towers in Tel Aviv. The company develops, manufactures, and markets advanced Electronic Warfare (EW) systems for military and security organizations in Israel and worldwide.

We are looking for an Electronic Components Procurement Buyer to join our Procurement team. This is a key role involving end-to-end responsibility for procurement processes in a dynamic and advanced technological environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement of electronic components, with an emphasis on RF components, SMT, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and electronic assemblies.
• Issuing purchase orders and monitoring deliveries.
• Ongoing collaboration with suppliers in Israel and abroad, including identifying and developing new suppliers.
• Ongoing work with subcontractors in Israel and abroad.
• Obtaining quotations, conducting comparisons, managing commercial negotiations, and leading contracting processes.
• Working with framework agreements, commercial contracts, and SOWs in English.
• Performing data analysis and preparing reports to support decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree – required.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Procurement Buyer in electronics, manufacturing, or project-based companies – required.
• Proven experience in electronic components procurement – required.
• Experience working with ERP systems, with an emphasis on Priority – required.
• Experience in commercial negotiations, supplier management, order tracking, and report generation – required.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken – required.
