What you'll do
- Own R&D strategy and execution company-wide
- Lead the agentic AI transformation - move the org from traditional software delivery to agent-based development and internal AI-augmented engineering
- Build, scale, and manage multiple engineering groups (teams of teams)
- Partner with Product, GTM, and Delivery to ship against aggressive milestones
- Set the technical bar across both core platform and AI-native product lines, including systems operating under regulatory constraints (auditability, human oversight, data integrity)
Requirements
- 5+ years managing multiple engineering groups/managers (not just single-team leadership)
- Proven R&D leadership in companies selling to enterprise customers
- Hands-on experience leading an agentic AI development transformation - not just adopting AI tools, but re-architecting how the org builds software with agents
- Strong technical background enabling credible architecture-level decisions
