Key Responsibilities

• Support the Company Controller in managing the Family Office’s financial and accounting activities.
• Review accounting records, reconciliations, month-end closings, and financial controls.
• Prepare management and periodic financial reports for shareholders and management.
• Analyze and monitor financial data across multiple entities, bank accounts, and investment portfolios.
• Track cash flow, bank balances, investments, deposits, and fund transfers.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax advisors, attorneys, and other external stakeholders in Israel and abroad.
• Assist with shareholders’ personal financial matters while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - mandatory.
• Big Four internship experience - significant advantage.
• Experience auditing private companies, holding companies, investment entities, or international clients - advantage.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) - mandatory.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
