Investment Manager

We are looking for an Investment Manager to join our Israel investment team and play a central role in underwriting, executing and managing investments in Israeli technology companies. You will lead transactions from initial due diligence through Investment Committee approval, closing and ongoing portfolio monitoring. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, good business sense and familiarity with the Israeli tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Due Diligence and Analysis: Lead due diligence on prospective portfolio companies, including business model, financial performance, cash runway and investor support, and build financial models and downside scenarios.
• Investment Committee: Prepare investment memos and lead and present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee.
• Structuring and Execution: Take an active role in structuring and negotiating term sheets and managing transactions through closing, with the goal of leading transactions independently over time.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor portfolio companies through ongoing reporting, covenant compliance and management engagement, and support amendments, waivers and follow on financings.
• Team Development: Mentor and review the work of Analysts and Associates.
• Firm Initiatives: Contribute to market research, underwriting processes and fundraising efforts as needed.
• Broader Fund Support: Support the firm across investment, portfolio, operational and investor related activities as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in venture debt, private credit, tech banking, leveraged finance, growth equity, venture capital or investment banking.
• Hands on experience analyzing and executing transactions, ideally with technology companies. Exposure to deal structuring is an advantage.
• Strong financial modeling, investment analysis and valuation skills.
• Established network within the Israeli technology and investment ecosystem.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, persuasive investment memos
• Native or full professional Hebrew and Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
