Company Description

We are an early-stage stealth startup building AI agents for small and mid-sized businesses.

AI is moving from answering questions to doing the work, but most businesses aren't equipped to capture that value. We're building the platform that changes that.

You'll be joining an experienced founding team of serial entrepreneurs with prior exits.

Role Description

This is not a "hire."

This is a partner.

• We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Co-Founder & CTO for a full-time role, based in Tel Aviv (hybrid).
• As Co-Founder & CTO, you will lead the company's technological vision and execution. You will design and build the core platform, define the architecture and drive all technical decisions.
• You will build agentic systems that go beyond chat: agents that understand a business, plan, build and operate solutions autonomously, and keep improving over time.
• This includes deep integrations with the everyday tools businesses run on (CRMs, accounting, email, calendars, messaging), plus data pipelines and scalable, secure infrastructure.
• You will work directly with early customers and the founding team to turn real business pain into product, and ensure fast, high-quality delivery.
• You will shape the engineering culture, hire future team members, and represent the company's technical vision to partners and investors.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on software engineering, including owning architecture at an early-stage company (as a founding engineer, tech lead or former founder)
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic systems, including orchestration, tool use, code generation, evals and guardrails
• Strong backend and full-stack skills: APIs, integrations, data pipelines and cloud infrastructure
• Experience designing reliable production systems, especially where software acts autonomously and correctness matters
• Proven ability to build and ship products end to end, fast
• Comfort working with customers, and the ability to translate messy, non-technical needs into working solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias for action over theory
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building from zero to one
• Experience in startups is highly preferred; experience building for SMBs or in a forward-deployed or solutions-engineering role is a strong plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
