RAVONA is looking for a talented and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team.

The position involves the design and development of advanced pharmaceutical equipment, including aseptic and containment isolators, RABS, VHP systems, glove integrity testers, passboxes, and integrated pharmaceutical production lines.

The engineer will be involved throughout the complete project lifecycle — from concept and mechanical design through manufacturing, assembly, testing, FAT, installation, and commissioning.

• Mechanical design and development of pharmaceutical machinery and isolator systems.
• 3D modeling and detailed mechanical design using SolidWorks.
• Preparation of manufacturing drawings, assemblies, BOMs, and technical documentation.
• Design of stainless-steel structures, sheet-metal parts, frames, doors, chambers, and mechanical assemblies.
• Selection and integration of mechanical and pneumatic components.
• Design according to hygienic and pharmaceutical equipment requirements.
• Development of customized engineering solutions according to customer URS and project requirements.
• Coordination with electrical, automation, software, validation, production, and assembly teams.
• Technical communication with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support during manufacturing and assembly, including troubleshooting and design improvements.
• Participation in design reviews, FAT, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Supporting international projects and communication with customers and equipment suppliers.

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – required.
• Experience with SolidWorks – required.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with sheet-metal design and stainless-steel fabrication – advantage.
• Knowledge of pneumatic systems and mechanical components – advantage.
• Experience in machinery, automation, pharmaceutical equipment, cleanrooms, or process equipment – significant advantage.
• Ability to read and prepare detailed engineering drawings.
• Good technical English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on engineering approach.
