Junior Hardware Integration Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and technically curious Junior Hardware Integration Specialist to join our R&D team.

This is an opportunity for someone early in their career who has a strong interest in electronics and enjoys working with hardware, components, boards, and technical systems.

You will work closely with the R&D team to help turn new ideas and technologies into working, integrated solutions. The role is practical and hands-on, combining electronics knowledge, hardware integration, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.

What You’ll Do

• Integrate and test electronic boards and hardware components.
• Work hands-on with hardware, components, and technical systems.
• Read and understand basic electronic schematics and board layouts.
• Support the development and integration of new hardware solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware and integration issues and help identify their root causes.
• Work closely with R&D and other technical teams during development and integration.
• Support the transition of ideas and concepts into working, customer-ready solutions.
• Perform hands-on testing, assembly, modifications, and technical validation of hardware.
• Learn and work with new technologies and hardware solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on technical experience — professional, military, academic, or personal.
• Background or strong practical interest in electronics and hardware.
• Basic understanding of electronic components, boards, and schematics.
• ** No B.Sc degree is needed **
• Comfortable working with hardware and getting hands-on with technical equipment.
• Good technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Practical, curious, and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary R&D team.

An Advantage

• Experience with electronic boards or hardware integration.
• Experience with soldering, assembling, modifying, or testing electronic components.
• Experience gained through a technological unit, technical role, previous workplace, or hands-on personal projects.
• Personal electronics/hardware projects or electronics as a serious hobby.
• Experience in a hardware company, startup, or technology-oriented environment.
