InterContinental David Tel Aviv is looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to join our Finance team !

What You Will Do:

• Manage and oversee the hotel’s daily accounting activities

• Perform bank, credit card, supplier and customer reconciliations

• Handle invoices, payments, journal entries and accounting reconciliations

• Prepare financial data and periodic reports

• Support month-end closing, balance sheet preparation and internal/external audits

• Perform financial and accounting controls

• Work closely with suppliers, customers, hotel departments, hotel management and the IHG organization

• Lead and manage the accounting team

• Identify discrepancies and provide professional accounting solutions

• Ensure compliance with hotel procedures, internal controls and international accounting standards

What You Bring:

• Bookkeeping Certificate – Type 2

• Previous experience in bookkeeping/accounting

• Previous team management experience

• Experience in hospitality or an international organization – an advantage

• Strong Excel and financial systems skills

• High-level English – mandatory

• Excellent organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Responsibility, reliability, service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-standard professional environment

Employment Terms: Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday | 08:00–17:00
