We’re Hiring: System Administrator | Kfar Saba

A leading energy company located in Kfar Saba is looking for a System Administrator to join its IT team.

This is a hands-on role responsible for operating, maintaining, and developing the organization’s IT environment for approximately 250 users in Israel and global sites. The role combines Microsoft 365 technologies, infrastructure and endpoint management, participation in infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, and professional technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Manage users, groups, and permissions using Active Directory / Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Manage and maintain Intune, endpoint policies, and devices.
• Support and maintain SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services.
• Operate and maintain Microsoft Defender security tools.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide Tier 2/3 support.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT equipment, including onboarding, installation, deployment, maintenance, and replacement.
• Work with IT, communications, and procurement vendors.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, cloud migration, system upgrades, and IT process improvements.
• Assist with backup management and periodic restore testing.
• Implement IT and information security procedures according to company policies.
• Create technical documentation and work procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams and users in Israel and abroad.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
• Experience managing Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Exchange Online.
• Experience managing Windows endpoints.
• Experience troubleshooting infrastructure issues and providing Tier 2/3 support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender – Advantage.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online – Advantage.
• Knowledge of Domains, DHCP, DNS, and networking – Advantage.
• Experience with backup systems – Advantage.
• Experience with Azure – Advantage.
• High-level English.
