UCT is looking for a talented Customer Account Coordinator to join us in Israel!

UCT is looking for a Customer Account Coordinator . The role focuses on supporting customers by creating and maintaining accounts, providing accurate information on orders, and handling product‑related inquiries. It includes processing orders, changes, billing, and returns through ERP/CRM systems while ensuring all customer interactions and cases are properly recorded. The position works closely with the sales team to deliver a high level of service and meet customer expectations. It also involves sharing feedback with internal departments to help resolve issues quickly and improve processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create new customer accounts including phone, e-mail
• Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
• Process customer order/changes/billing/returns through Ham-Let ERP/CRM Systems.
• Enter phone leads, new & old contacts, cases (returns & complaints) and Customer Activity into Ham-Let ERP (SAP) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customers' service expectations.
• Provide timely feedback/lessons learned to related departments within the company for immediate resolution.
  
  

• Reporting directly to Mgr, Customer Service, the Customer Account Coordinator is responsible for daily transactions that affect all internal and external customers.
• The ideal candidate will always be focused on a solution, effective with communication, setting and managing expectations and have a willingness to learn and improve
  
  

• A history of excellence solving practical problems & dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Demonstrated success rapidly building and maintaining relationships.
• A history of excellence in communication, active listening & problem solving.
• Proven success working independently and with a team environment.
• Demonstrated excellence in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, word & or other inventory management & order processing software.
• Proven comfort juggling while maintaining poise & patience.
• High level of written and spoken Hebrew and English
