We are seeking a Product Configuration Engineer to join the operations team, manage product configuration and manufacturing traceability from NPI through mass production.
Responsibilities
- Maintain BOMs, product configurations, revisions, and engineering changes across manufacturing systems and sites.
- Define and improve traceability of materials, units, processes, and test results throughout production.
- Work with internal teams and manufacturing partners to resolve data gaps and improve processes.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in engineering or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- Hands-on experience with BOMs, change control, traceability, and PLM, ERP, or MES systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; excellent English.
