Founding Marketing Designer

About The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Designer with strong brand instincts, a creative mindset, and hands-on AI building skills to shape how Jurni shows up in the world. You’ll turn complex ideas into compelling visuals, build a distinctive brand, and bring concepts to life across our website, campaigns, content, and customer experiences.

This is a role for someone who brings original ideas, challenges the obvious, and takes work from first concept to polished execution.

What You'll Do

• Build and evolve Jurni’s brand. Develop our visual language and create a consistent, recognizable identity across every touchpoint.
• Own marketing design from concept to launch. Create assets for campaigns, social media, emails, presentations, events, partnerships, and product launches.
• Design and build digital experiences. Bring landing pages, website sections, and interactive concepts to life using AI tools and modern design workflows.
• Make complex ideas easy to understand. Translate our product, technology, and value into clear visual stories.
• Bring fresh creative thinking. Develop concepts that help Jurni stand out in the B2B SaaS space.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership. Connect business goals with thoughtful design and strong execution.
• Build systems that scale. Create templates, reusable assets, and guidelines that maintain quality as we grow.
• Create video and motion content. Own video creation from concept and storyboarding through editing and final delivery, using motion design, animation, and AI tools to bring Jurni’s brand, product, and campaigns to life.
• Build with Jurni. Use our platform to create and launch landing experiences for Jurni’s own marketing initiatives and for customers and partners.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in full-time, in-house design roles at B2B SaaS companies, with a strong focus on marketing and brand design. B2B SaaS experience is a must.
• Proven brand-building experience, with a portfolio showing how you’ve developed or evolved a brand and applied it across channels.
• Hands-on AI building skills. You actively use AI tools to generate, design, prototype, and build, and can show examples of work you’ve shipped.
• A strong creative point of view. You think beyond familiar SaaS design patterns and bring original ideas grounded in a clear business purpose.
• Excellent design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and the tools needed to take your work through production.
• End-to-end ownership. You can turn an open brief into a clear direction, manage multiple projects, and deliver polished work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain your creative decisions and work constructively with feedback.
• Hands-on video creation and motion design experience, with a portfolio showcasing editing, animation, and AI-generated video content for marketing, product storytelling, and social media.
  
  

• Experience building websites with Framer, Webflow, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with ecommerce, performance marketing, and conversion-focused design.
• Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup.
